Yelena and Darcy are both from the MCU but they have never appeared in the same MCU property together. Yelena has no idea Darcy exists and vice versa. They have no reason to approach each other.

Personality:

- Yelena has seen a lot of the worst aspects of the world and has endured a lot of trauma and abuse. As a result she tends to be cynical and distrusting of heroism and altruism. There’s a part of her that wants to believe in it, but she’s been let down a lot and it feels safer to keep her expectations for humanity low.

- Harbors some resentment for having been left behind in the Red Room for so long, but she's shown a willingness to forgive, as well.

- She has little sister energy. She’s kind of annoying and bratty, but in a likable way.

- She has a habit of dealing with her trauma by being extremely sarcastic

- In spite of being raised and trained as a spy, she is actually very blunt. Almost painfully so. She is very willing to say what she thinks and doesn’t shy away from uncomfortable topics.

- She will absolutely call people out on their bullshit, regardless of who they are.

- She is stubborn and tenacious. She doesn’t give up easily and is willing to fight dirty if necessary.

- Due to her background as a child assassin and literally being raised and trained to kill her morality skews quite gray and she tends to be pragmatic and efficient in her choices during missions and the like.

- Her upbringing in the Red Room left her very under socialized so now that she is free she is still figuring out how to be a person. She can seem kind of immature as a result, and she be very enthusiastic about trying new things.

- Likely due to trauma and being treated as a weapon instead of a person with value for most of her life, she has a disregard for or indifference to her own safety. It can make her kind of reckless.

Weaknesses/Temptations: She's under socialized. She's very curious about new experience. She's cynical and prone to distrusting altruism. In all honesty she'll be pretty wary of the whole concept of redemption in Hell in general.

She is also immune, or at least resistant, to chemical mind control thanks to being exposed to the Red Dust. She is still vulnerable to magical kinds of mind control.
